Exceeding Expectations

House checks are a large part of our caretaking services.  We take the time to walk through your home and make sure everything is in order and working properly.  We inform you if any lights are out and need to be replaced.  We make sure there are no broken pipes, water leaks or water damage.  We keep an eye out for any rodent activity.  We can also let you know if there are any supplies that need to be restocked.
